Question: How can I pay for my services, and when are payments due?
Answer: I accept payments via PayPal. Payments are due prior to the first session for all one month plans. For all plans three months or longer a monthly portion of the full payment is due before the first session of each month of agreed upon service. For example, if you sign up for a year long plan - the total payment is divided by 12, and each payment is due before the first session of each month in the year.
Question: If I love my plan but want more sessions - without changing to an upgraded plan, is that something I can do?
Answer: ABSOLUTELY! If you want to add sessions without changing to an upgraded plan we can add sessions for $70 per hour long session.
Question: What if I need to reschedule a session with you after we've scheduled it. How can I do that?
Answer: Of course you can always reschedule. Timing will depend on both of our scheduled, but as long as I have 24 hours notice any session can be rescheduled. If there is less than 24 hours notice I will do my very best to reschedule or lengthen the next session. No matter what I will always do my best to work with you and both of our scheduled to get you all of the coaching and support you need.
Question: What if I know someone who would benefit from working with you? If I refer them do I get a discount?
Answer: First of all please do let anyone that you know who may benefit from my support about what we do - word of mouth is how small businesses thrive! Secondly, YES, you will either get a free add on, or a free additional session to you plan for referring someone who signs up for a plan with me.
Question: What if I prefer to share more and receive less guidance - does that work within your coaching style? OR what if I prefer to receive a lot of guidance and brainstorm together versus leading our sessions - would that also work?
Answer: Yes, yes, and YES! I am 1000% person centered in my coaching and supportive approaches. I meet you where you are right now, and how you prefer to utilize me. I can talk your ear off and interject with advice and guidance all the time. Or I can sit back and listen without saying much at all until you ask. This is all about YOU and what is right for you. I have skills and experience in all of these approaches, and all that matters is that we figure out what works best for you, what you thrive best with, and then we make it happen for you. I'm here for you, to meet you where you are now, and to help you get to where you want to be
Question: If I love my plan but want to upgrade to a more extensive plan - can I do before my current plan is finished? And will I be able to utilize the savings from upgrading?
Answer: ABSOLUTELY! If you want to switch to a new plan in the early stages of a current one we can transfer what you've already paid toward the price of the new plan. If you want to switch in the middle of a plan we can calculate the difference in the two and only charge the extra that would have been spent on the new plan. I want you to have the right plan for you, that gives you the MOST support that you need.
Question: What if I want to book for a different number of months than the packages you provide - for say nine months or eighteen? Is that something we can do?
Answer: ABSOLUTELY! To do this, as the pricing becomes less per session the larger the package with will take the closest package to determine pricing and create your own customized plan length!
Question: What if I want to book a plan for longer than a year? Is that something we can do?
Answer: ABSOLUTELY! Just let me know, and we will get this in the works - the pricing will be different than the year long one, as all plans include more savings per session the longer the commitment, which means you will save even more. Just let me know what you are thinking and we can create a customized plan-length for you.
Question: Do you work with individuals who are under the age of 18, or aren't a legal adult?
Answer: Unfortunately I do not. There are other providers who do, such as therapists and medical providers that may be more appropriate
Question: Are you a licensed therapist or medical professional?
Answer: Nope! I am a coach and support. I am here to guide, educate, support, mentor, coach, and be here for you. But I am not a replacement for a medical or mental health professional. I absolutely work with clients who have these supports as well, and I highly recommend utilizing these supports alongside my services.
Question: What if I want to cancel/terminate my plan with you?
Answer: First of all I hope this doesn't happen! All of my plans are completely personalized and centered around you and what you need. But if you do want to cancel that is absolutely possible. Question: If I want to request to view/edit/delete my personal information stored on your site is that something I can do?
Answer: ABSOLUTELY! The information I collect on the Start Coaching page it for the sole purpose of contacting you to begin services. However, it is stored in my site as well. If you ever want to view it, edit it, or have it deleted please feel free to contact me and it will be done without question!
